Let's look at how the Gravity+ Suit TM works compared to conventional sports-specific training. As an example, consider baseball or softball training. Today, most high-level teams require their players to conduct physical conditioning and game practice as separate workouts. Most, but not necessarily all, conditioning is done during the off-season and often consists of weight lifting and running sessions.
The purpose of conditioning is to improve the athlete’s overall strength and get him/her in better physical form for playing their sport. Now let's look at what the athlete is doing for this conditioning. Typically, he/she will to go to the gym and lift weights. This may consist of upper body and/or leg exercises designed to build or tone the athlete’s muscle groups. But are any of the activities involved in lifting weights using the specific muscles the athlete will use when actually engaged in their sport? Is the muscle mass or muscle toning he/she is developing by spending time in the gym actually strengthening muscles that will prevent injury when competing? In almost all cases, the answer is no.
Now let's examine what happens when you train with the Gravity+ Suit TM. The athlete begins by setting a certain amount of resistance and compression in the suit. Then, depending upon the level of components selected, the athlete performs specific drills for improving his/her level of play. These may be hitting, running, and/or fielding drills. While performing these drills, the Gravity+ Suit TM provides resistance and compression to the exact muscle groups the athlete must use to perform each required action. The result is that the athlete's primary and support muscle groups along with his nervous system have to work harder for the athlete to execute each maneuver.
After only one session of using and then removing the suit, the athlete will see how much easier it is to perform the same actions just performed while wearing the suit.
